The VSAN Magnetic Float Level Switch is a highly reliable and rugged point level sensing instrument designed to detect predetermined liquid levels in tanks, vessels, reservoirs, and process equipment. It operates using the proven magnetic float principle, providing dependable high-level, low-level, or multi-point level detection for automatic process control, pump protection, overflow prevention, and alarm systems. Its simple design, maintenance-free operation, and long service life make it one of the most widely used level switches across various industrial sectors.

The transmitter consists of a buoyant float containing a permanent magnet that moves up and down with the liquid level along a guide stem. Inside the stem, hermetically sealed reed switches are positioned at predetermined switching points. As the float reaches the configured level, the magnetic field activates the reed switch, causing the electrical contacts to open or close and generate a switching signal.

The VSAN Magnetic Float Level Switch is suitable for a wide range of liquids including water, wastewater, diesel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, edible oil, chemicals, solvents, acids, alkalis, coolants, fuel oils, process liquids, and other compatible fluids. It is available in Top Mounted, Side Mounted, Vertical, Horizontal, External Chamber Mounted, and Multi-Point Level Switch configurations to suit different installation requirements.

Manufactured using premium-quality materials such as SS304, SS316, SS316L Stainless Steel, PVC, PP, PVDF, PTFE, and engineering plastics, the switch offers excellent resistance to corrosion, pressure, temperature, and harsh industrial environments.
