The VSAN Float & Board Level Indicator is a simple, reliable, and cost-effective mechanical level indication system designed for visual monitoring of liquid levels in storage tanks, overhead tanks, underground tanks, reservoirs, process vessels, and industrial containers. It provides continuous level indication without the need for electrical power, making it an ideal solution for applications requiring dependable and maintenance-free level monitoring.

The system consists of a high-buoyancy float, stainless steel wire rope or nylon cord, guide pulleys, counterweight, and a calibrated level indicator board. As the liquid level rises or falls inside the tank, the float moves accordingly, causing the counterweight to move in the opposite direction. The movement of the counterweight along the calibrated board provides a direct and accurate visual indication of the liquid level.

The VSAN Float & Board Level Indicator is suitable for monitoring the level of water, diesel, furnace oil, edible oil, chemicals, process liquids, fire water, cooling water, raw water, treated water, lubricating oil, and other compatible liquids. It is particularly suitable for large storage tanks where local visual indication is required without the complexity of electronic instrumentation.

Manufactured using premium-quality materials such as SS304, SS316, SS316L Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel (MS), UV-resistant engineering plastics, Nylon Rope, PVC-coated Steel Wire Rope, and Corrosion-Resistant Pulleys, the system provides excellent durability and long service life under harsh industrial environments.

The indicator board is fabricated from powder-coated aluminium, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or weatherproof FRP, with permanently engraved or UV-resistant printed graduations for easy readability from a long distance. The scale can be calibrated in Millimeters (mm), Centimeters (cm), Meters (m), Liters (L), Kiloliters (KL), Cubic Meters (m³), Gallons, or Percentage (%), according to customer requirements.

The VSAN Float & Board Level Indicator is available in Side Mounted, Top Mounted, External Chamber Mounted, and Custom Tank Configurations, making it suitable for both atmospheric and pressurized storage tanks. Optional accessories such as guide wires, weather covers, anti-vibration assemblies, and limit switches can also be provided for enhanced functionality.
