The VSAN Digital Pressure Gauge is a high-precision electronic pressure measuring instrument designed to provide accurate, reliable, and real-time pressure measurement for industrial processes. It combines advanced pressure sensing technology with a high-resolution digital display, enabling operators to monitor process pressure quickly and accurately while eliminating the reading errors commonly associated with conventional analog pressure gauges.

The VSAN Digital Pressure Gauge operates on the Electronic Pressure Sensing Principle.
Process pressure is applied to an internal pressure sensing element, typically a piezoresistive silicon sensor or strain gauge sensor. As pressure acts on the sensing diaphragm, the sensor produces a proportional electrical signal.
The built-in microprocessor receives this signal and performs amplification, temperature compensation, filtering, and digital conversion. The processed value is then displayed on the digital screen in the selected engineering unit.
Advanced models continuously monitor the measured pressure and can activate alarms, relay outputs, or analog signals whenever the pressure exceeds or falls below preset limits. Optional communication interfaces transmit real-time pressure data to PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, or remote monitoring platforms for centralized process supervision.
